About Me

Fitness has always been my passion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients in some of the most prestigious fitness clubs across the UK and Canada. My journey includes several years as a leading trainer at E by Equinox in St. James, London—renowned as one of the most exclusive Equinox clubs in the world.

During my time with Equinox, I completed over 200 hours of training through the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI). This gave me in-depth expertise in anatomy, kinesiology, exercise science, and program design. I also have a strong understanding of injury rehabilitation, so if you’re dealing with persistent aches or pain, I can help you work through them.

But fitness isn’t just about exercise—it’s about adopting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. That’s why I pursued certifications as a Nutrition Coach, Sleep Stress Management and Recovery Coach, and Specialist in Change Psychology through Precision Nutrition. I’ve guided countless clients through meaningful behavior changes, helping them build habits that last a lifetime.

As a certified EXOS Performance Specialist, I’m dedicated to helping people reach their full athletic potential. My expertise lies in optimizing performance for anyone striving to push their limits—whether they’re athletes, executives, or anyone in between.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals: CEOs, busy parents, entrepreneurs, actors, athletes, and seniors. Each person has unique goals, and my mission is to help them achieve those goals while feeling their absolute best.
